10times is looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about what he builds, understands user behavior, thinks globally, and has the ability to drive innovation. He will take ownership of one of our products and drive its growth. Your main responsibilities include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations and improving overall user experience. Our ideal candidates should combine technical background with a Business Administration or Marketing degree.
Monitor and report on users’ reactions after launching
Create support and training documents for internal and external users
Participate in system configuration and Analyze competition
Strategic thinker who is extremely analytical and detail oriented
Great at multitasking and prioritizing tasks
Takes product ownership, identifying requirements and defining vision
Drive product development with a team of engineers, incorporating feedback from stakeholders
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
Analyze the effectiveness of the product feature and grow adoption & stickiness
Build, manage and grow a team
What are we looking for?
B.Tech in Computer Science (mandatory), MBA a plus
Experience managing the entire product lifecycle
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Product Management or/and software development in the online industry
Must have strong analytical skills and experience with metrics driven decision making
Proven ability to make smart trade-offs on time-to-market versus features
The successful candidate must be a self-starter, be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
