10Times is looking for an ambitious and assertive Enterprise Account Manager to develop sales strategies and handle existing customers in the region (Pan India). Enterprise Account Manager will play a key role in building rapport with existing customers to increase renewals, referrals, cross-sell and upsell products. The ideal candidate is aware of the current market trends, customer and consumer behaviours and is an early adopter of technology.
The Job Definition
Responsible for achieving and often surpassing renewal targets, client servicing, upselling & maintaining client relationships resulting in customer retention/renewals and strong ‘word of mouth’ referrals.
Leads Customer Journey
Actively maintains a long term relationship with existing customers and maximize sales opportunities within them (B2B).
Researches and plans for meetings with existing (local) customers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Keeps a customer centric approach at after sales meetings/calls. Follows the set protocol with the objective to build long lasting relationship with the customer.
Review and work on plans to achieve and surpass daily/weekly/monthly client meetings, servicing and renewal / upselling targets.
Understand market forces, their influence on customers’ and proactively use data to increase individual productivity & efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Taking corrective action basis the customer feedback, work closely with sales operations and customer delivery team when needed.
Ensure quality control of all sales output pertaining to acquisition and service delivery.
Actively shares ‘Voice of Customer’ with relevant teams to support process improvement and product enhancement.

Strong execution ability and customer orientation.
Market knowledge and sales skills to service and retain existing customers, generate business from them and ensure increased sales and profitability.
4-7 years of experience in handling existing enterprise business, client retention and renewals.
Ability to analyze and predict bottlenecks/issues.
Strong ethical practices for client servicing.
Effective communicator and negotiator with strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational ability.
